To pursue technology leadership, many companies apply technology acquisition strategy. Not having to take over other companies that have been established, buying a start up company that had a promising innovation in fact often be the choice. The acquisition was not mamandang demographic.
For example, by Intel, the world's leading processor company, which recently took over the company SySDSoft from Egypt. The company is considered to have the technology required Intel to pursue LTE 4G technology.

SySDSoft has proven its ability to develop products for the LTE 4G market. SysSDSoft based in Cairo, Egypt specializes in developing wireless system, WiFi, USB and Bluetooth.
SysSDSoft will then be ruled by the Division of Mobile Technology Intel Corp. to develop a multi-communication system using the 4G LTE data, including the design, and development of its software in an efficient and profitable.
"The acquisition of technique and talent, and design from a company based in Egypt in the field of cutting-edge wireless and communication technology is the first of its kind for Intel in the Middle East," said Arvind Sodhani, president of Intel Capital and Intel executive vice president, Monday (3/14/2011).
He added that the acquisition demonstrates the strategic long term, Intel's commitment to the Middle East region and appreciate the appreciation of young scholars, and talented in Egypt in particular.
